Just prior to Bonfire Night there are two awareness days both on the 1st November. One is stress awareness and the other is vegan day.
Stress has become commonplace in our world. Stress can have an enormous impact on our health and wellbeing. We take stress for granted and assume that life is just that way. Many of my patients don’t relate their symptoms to stress but most often stress is the root cause.
Over the last few months we have written three blogs covering different aspects of stress. If you are concerned about stress why not look them up? The next big stress is Christmas so we are writing a pre-Christmas stress blog – watch this space!
We have several blogs on stress and how to deal with it, why not check them out?

Vegan day is a chance to focus on health and diet. More and more people are turning to healthy diets. We are so fortunate to have a wide range of tasty, coloured and multi textured vegetables. Have a look at our range of fresh, organic vegetables. There is also an excellent range of herbs and spices at our disposal.
Even if we don’t turn vegan full time why not try it on the 1st November just for a day? Let us know your thoughts and experiences!
Please let us know if there are subjects you want to know more about. We have colds and coughs, Christmas stress and SAD all planned but we do this for you so let us know what you would like to see.
