Homemade Almond Milk

Serves Makes about 800 ml
Ingredients
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 cup (125 g) blanched or soaked (overnight) almonds

Boil the water and allow to cool slightly. Blend with the almonds until smooth. Pass through a sieve, reserving the pulp for making Dairy-Free Coconut Ice Cream or allow to dry completely and use as almond meal.
