We all have our favoured cold solutions and this is mine. As soon as I feel a cold coming on I dose up on Beta Glucans. Typically, during a cold I may take 3 a day and with flu it could be up to 6 a day. Like Echinacea, Garlic and Elderberry it has the ability to reduce the duration of your illness.
