Ingredients
250g Tapioca Flour
450g Brown/White Rice Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons Xanthan Gum
550ml Warm Water or Milk
60ml Oil (Vegetable, Olive or Coconut)
2 1/2 Teaspoons of Years or 3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Method
Place all ingredients in a bowl
Immediately put ingredients in a greased loaf tin - no need to knead or play around with it!
Turn oven on to 210
°C
Leave to stand in a warm area till dough has risen to the top of the tin for approximately 20 minutes - leave for longer if left in a cool area
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Allow to cool
Slice, serve and enjoy!
