Gluten free bread

Serves: 4

Time: 35-40


Method

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl
  • Immediately put ingredients in a greased loaf tin - no need to knead or play around with it!
  • Turn oven on to 210°C 
  • Leave to stand in a warm area till dough has risen to the top of the tin for approximately 20 minutes - leave for longer if left in a cool area
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes
  • Allow to cool
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!

 

  • 250g Tapioca Flour
  • 450g Brown/White Rice Flour
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Xanthan Gum
  • 550ml Warm Water or Milk
  • 60ml Oil (Vegetable, Olive or Coconut)
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons of Years or 3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
