  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Plain Flour (any other plain flour or buckwheat can be used)
  • 1 cup whole milk (for a vegan version, replace with any other milk substitute e.g. soya)
  • 1 egg (can be replaced with vegan egg subsitute)
